This simulation enables managers and employees to the business through their everyday activities and decisions. Following a realistic business process, participants make decisions across the value chain. These decisions impact their business results, as the market operates through a computerized model that reflects the consequences of their choices.

Teams go through business cycles, analyzing financials and retail KPIs. Benchmarking helps them understand business performance drivers and real-world KPIs.
