Management 4.0 Program, aligned with the bank’s management competency framework was aimed to equip and empower individuals at managerial levels with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to drive higher performance, engagement, and foster career succession.
Managers, being at the forefront of the organization, play a critical role in building a robust organization that is aligned, motivated and performing. However, its not usually a cakewalk. Managers are faced with challenges with reference to:

To address these pain points, ILM recognised Management 4.0 Programme was designed and delivered for a leading bank in UAE. The learning journey spread over 6 months consisted of five unique modules which was complemented with digital microlearning to sustain learning and practical assignments for learning implementation.
In 2021 and 2022 combined, 137 managers were trained in the Management 4.0 Programme. The programme achieved remarkable results in terms of both individual growth and business impact on an organizational level. Given the success story, in 2023 another 150 managers have embarked on their learning journey.
